Booking Terms & Conditions for retreats
These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern each user’s (“you”, “your”, or “user”) use of the DeadWrathandBeyond.com and/or DeadWrathandBeyond.com (the “Website” or “Company Website”) which facilitates the booking of retreats. The Website is owned and operated by Dead Wrath and Beyond, a company organized in the state of California (“Company”, “Dead Wrath and Beyond”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms, along with the Company's Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or the “Company’s Privacy Policy”) are collectively referred to as this “Agreement” and form a legally binding contract between you and the Company. PLEASE READ ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
By continuing to use this Website, including but not limited to booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement effective from the date of your first use of the Website.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to any provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to changes to the Company’s Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions governing the booking of a retreat. We will post the revised Privacy Policy or/and Booking Terms and Conditions on the Site, update the "Last updated" date and take any other steps required by applicable law. By using the Website, you fully accept all the Terms and Conditions of each and every provisions of this Agreement. The Company will not accept any changes to this Agreement made by you. Therefore, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE WEBSITE NOR BOOK A retreat.
By using the Website, including the booking of a retreat, you agree to our collection and processing of your personal information, including the use of cookies, in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy Please read the company's Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information about our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and transfer of your information.
1. Us
Dead Wrath and Beyond is a fantasy based company organizing retreats to support our fantasy community. These retreats require purchase for a maximum of 8 attendees.
WE ARE NOT A TRAVEL AGENCY and we do not provide or sell flights.
2. You
A female fantasy enthusiast ready for an adventure. Ready to develop friendships with like minded individuals while expanding your fantasy portfolio with the expertise of industry-leading photographers.
3. Booking
Booking must be done using the Company’s Website. By booking a retreat you are deemed to have agreed to this Agreement, including all provisions governing the booking. Your booking will only be accepted by the Company on this basis.
4. Spring 2026 Grass Valley CA retreat
The following are included in your retreat:
-Enjoy 3 days, 3 nights at our enchanting yet cozy overnight lodging with a soaring cathedral ceiling and enormous panoramic windows, on 5 gorgeous acres.
-Catered meals daily, charcuterie/dessert boards, snacks & drinks.
-Exclusive access to picturesque locations
-Four personalized photoshoots
-Access to full PR closet(wardrobe styling) size inclusive size 4-22, extensive array of props, accessories & wigs to bring any character to life.
-Professional videography & BTS curated content
-Gift bag: dagger keychain & pin, beauty & self care products, custom silicone ears from madhouse FX & more.
-Video chat workshops leading up to retreat
-Jewelry making & coloring stations(optional)
The following are not included:
Any other products or services not listed under “included” as well as flights, travel insurance and medical Insurance, transportation to and from airport, food and beverages other than those listed as included, and personal expenses.
5. Requirements
All our retreats are female only 18+. By booking a retreat, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and a female.
6. Prices
Prices are in USD all payments are non-refundable.
7. Down Payment
An attendee is required to pay a minimum 25% down payment ("Down Payment") to be confirmed on a retreat. All payments are non-refundable. Payment plan must be set up within 30 days of down payment. Remaining balance must be paid by 02/01/2026
8. Confirmation & Scheduled Payments
After booking you will receive a confirmation email. If a payment plan is needed, dates for scheduled payments must be established within 30 days of down payment. If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date of 02/01/2026, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, subject to the cancellation and non-refund policy.
9. Cancellation by You
All retreats are non-refundable for any reason. If you cancel, fail to join a retreat, join it after departure, or leave it before its completion, for any reason, no refund will be made.However if you make your own arrangements with someone else to take your spot, we will transfer your spot.
10. Cancellation by the Company
a) The Company will not be liable or responsible in case of Force Majeure Event such as but not limited to; flood, fire, earthquake, pandemics, epidemics, drought, bushfire, forest fire, storm or other natural disaster, explosion, public health and safety emergency, war, hostilities, terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, embargoes or blockades, national or regional emergency, strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns, shortage of adequate power or transportation, and other events beyond the reasonable control of the Company. The Company will not have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement including Booking Term, when such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
In the case of a Force Majeure Event causing the cancellation of a retreat, the Company shall reschedule your booking for a future date and provide you with written notice.
11. Community Guidelines
We reserve the right to cancel a booking for any violation of the Dead Wrath and Beyond community guidelines with our no-refund policy.
12.. Health & Fitness Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are suitably fit to participate in the retreat and to obtain proper medical advice on the health requirements for your destination. We reserve the right to remove any traveler or deny any paid service to a traveler due to concerns over the health and safety of the individual or the group. Any health or safety-related removal or denial of service is at the discretion of the Company.
13. Retreat Lodging Accommodations
You understand that this retreat is camp style sleeping arrangements and that we share lodging accommodations and meals. By default, accommodations are for four people per room with two queen beds.You agree to share a bed, room, lodging accommodations and meals.
14. Acceptance of Risk
You acknowledge that your participation in a retreat can involve a degree of personal risk. Characteristics of some destinations could present challenges greater than what you are accustomed to in your daily life. It is your responsibility to acquaint yourself with all relevant travel information on your destination to reach an educated decision about participation. By booking a retreat, you accept the personal risks involved in going on such a trip.
15. Emergency
The Company has no control over or responsibility for the response of local emergency services, including response time, the language used, or the quality of emergency and medical services provided. The Company disclaims all responsibility and liability over phone functionality and service availability, connection to local emergency services, and any medical care.
16. Complaints
If you have a complaint on your retreat, please inform Chelly at the time in order that they attempt to resolve the issue.
17. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR COVENANTS TO THE TRAVELER OR ANY OTHER USER REGARDING THE WEBSITE, ANY CONTENT, OR RETREATS, THAT ARE ALL PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY OPERATORS, PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS, OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY PROVIDING SERVICES DURING A retreat. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION: (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; AND (C) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS APPLIES WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR IF THE COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY, AND EVEN IF ANY AGREED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING BOOKINGS AND retreatS, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE TRAVELER FOR THE PURCHASE OF A retreat. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE LIABILITY ARISES FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and others from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your violation of this Agreement, unauthorized use of the Company Website or content, or any actions during a retreat.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
We operate our Website and retreat Services from California, USA. You agree that this Agreement, the Company Website, Privacy Policy, retreat Services, and all related activities are governed by U.S. and California laws. Any suit, action, or proceeding relating to this Agreement, involving the Company, its employees, contractors, officers, directors, subsidiaries, or agents will be brought in the state courts of California.
20. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire agreement between the Company and each user, including each Traveler, and replaces any prior agreements on the subject matter. The Company's failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not waive its rights. If any provisions of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
21. Severability
If any terms or conditions related to the booking, the retreat and any related services, or this Agreement are unenforceable or void due to law or any other reason, such term will be severed or amended as needed. The rest of the terms and conditions will remain valid and binding.
22. Remedies
The user agrees that monetary damages may not be sufficient remedy for unauthorized use of the Company Website, services, or any Intellectual Property. Therefore, the Company can seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court or arbitration panel without posting a bond or proving that other legal remedies are inadequate.
23. Attorney Fees
If a lawsuit is filed to enforce this Agreement, the winning party can recover reasonable attorney fees for preparing, prosecuting, or defending the suit, as determined by the trial court. If there's an appeal, the appellate court will also determine reasonable attorney fees.
