Refund policy

All items are non refundable. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations with the exception of damaged/broken items from transit. For damaged items we have a 3 day return replacement policy, to be eligible for a replacement you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return with photos/videos showing the damaged item in packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at deadwrathandbeyond@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns if we are not contacted within 3 days of delivery.


Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After inspection we will send out your replacement immediately.
