Join us for a 3-day, 3-night retreat full of enchanting personalized photoshoots with professional fantasy photographers @PropelTheMoon, @LillianLiuPhotography, @OliviaRosePhoto, and @legendofsachi. You'll have access to breathtaking locations such as picturesque locations, moss-covered forests and a river front flower farm.

Enjoy enchanting yet cozy lodging with shooting locations within steps of the front door including a lake surrounded by a pine forest, or take a small car ride to step into another world at a moss covered farm along the river. Connect and bond with fellow attendees who share your passion, in camp style sleeping arrangements and atmosphere.
Feel pampered with a welcome gift bag, catered meals daily in addition to fresh baked pastries, charcuterie/dessert boards, and complementary snacks and drinks, ensuring a completely immersive and relaxing experience that allows you to focus on making art and bonding with like-minded fantasy creators.

Personalized Photoshoots

✨Customize your experience directly with Chelly to bring your dream shoots to life. Let your imagination run wild with the possibilities of: Pirates and mermaids along a river's rocky shores, a mythical creature frolicking within a moss covered forest or amongst a river’s flowing banks, fairytale princesses and knights in shining armor, or an original concept/character. You’ll have complete access to a size inclusive PR closet, extensive array of props, accessories and wigs to bring any character to life.

✨ Connect and learn: Participate in video chat workshops leading up to the retreat such as wardrobe and styling, posing tips and tricks, prepping for shoots, content creation, and makeup/skincare prep.

✨Focus on your shoots while we help curate content for you, with professional videographer Scotty to capture behind the scenes footage and create moving portraits. Along with assistants capturing BTS phone footage of each of your looks.

Professional Hair and Makeup

Make up artist Chelsea Still specializes in beauty and SPFX makeup. She has mastered her craft in Los Angeles for over a decade traveled internationally as the comicon SPFX MUA for the show "Carnival Row". She will slay any beauty or gore look your concept requires.

Hair stylist Chelly Newman graduated as valedictorian at Aveda institute and was a finalist for the North American Hair styling awards. She will work her magic on your locks or wig styling curated specifically to your look.

ileah (eye-Leah) is a fantasy photographer based in Kitimat BC, Canada! Her specialty is making those feel at ease and comfortable in front of her lens, and she loves connecting with others in the fantasy community! Some of her favourite things are sushi, dance, and buying more fairy wings than she can store ✨

Lillian Liu

Lillian is a Canadian fantasy photographer who is secretly a potion-brewing goblin in disguise. When she is not shooting and doing cool visual projects, she is tinkering on her piano, playing games, obsessing over hamsters, and collecting sharp things.

Olivia Rose

Olivia is a fine art and commercial fantasy photographer based in New England! Growing up in the forests of New Hampshire, she spent her childhood exploring and creating her own fairytales and characters. Today, with over a decade of professional experience, she brings these stories to life with her whimsical, cinematic photography style — and helps others see themselves in a magical light in a way they’ve never seen before.She loves birds, birdwatching, bird art, and hanging out with her bird, Merlin 🦜
