Our policy is 30 days for enamel products. If 30 days have gone by since your package arrived (based on the tracking), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds are given in the form of shop credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Customer must contact our customer support before sending any returns.
